It is both a great honour and a genuine pleasure to invite you to participate in the 14th Congress of „Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest, to be held 22–24 October at the Palace of the Parliament.

Having become one of the most important scientific events organized by our university, the Congress of „Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy serves as a platform for academic dialogue, the exchange of expertise and interdisciplinary collaboration, bringing together, year after year, distinguished figures in medicine and biomedical research, university faculty members, physicians, pharmacists, dentists, researchers, and young professionals at the beginning of their careers.

We live in an era in which medicine is advancing at an unprecedented pace, while technological progress, the development of artificial intelligence, personalized medicine and translational research are opening new perspectives for both clinical practice and medical education. This year's congress aims to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the latest advances in modern medicine through scientific sessions covering all medical specialties, lectures delivered by renowned national and international experts, interdisciplinary debates, and valuable opportunities for collaboration between academia, research and clinical practice.
